A Tribute to my Friend, my Lover

Since the dawn of of time storytellers have enchanted readers throughout the centuries! Michael Jennings is one of the most gifted writings I have had to pleasure to read and work with.

Michael Jennings, aka Quail, is no exception to this rule. Michael paints a picture with his gift of storytelling of adventure, magic and love, always giving a piece of himself in all his writes; whether through his poetry or his wonderfully incredible short stories.

Many who know of Michael and I would say that my being his life mate for almost two years makes me bias. Maybe it does, but regardless his writings speak for themselves, as many can attest to.  Michael is the winner of 16 Editors Choice Awards to date, his poetry flows from his many inspirations he uses and he has many. His talent makes it look so easy when I watch him pound out the words onto the keyboard as he is creating his next poem, or chapter to his novel.

I have the rare pleasure of hearing his words while he is creating them. Michael and I work as a team with his writings as he creates the words and I insert the images that complement his words and then convert his writings into eBooks that we add to his store front on Lulu.com. Many have purchased Michael’s eBooks and had wonderful things to say about each one.

I find his creativity has no boundaries and there is no topic that he cannot write about. What most do not realize is that with his writings the saying “Truth is stranger than fiction”, truly applies to Michael’s writings. He was truly raised by a medicine women and adopted from birth, as well as Michael has many gifts of which he does not speak of in his writings.

Michael loves to meet new people and finds himself spending hours online helping one person after another, in his own unique way. His way of life and the path he follows is not for everyone and I find myself at times struggling to understand certain aspects of his life. In the end my understanding is made clear by Spirit.

We travel where spirit sends us, going where Michael is needed, to help others along our walk in this lifetime, always as spirit leads.

Over a year ago I came across some of Michael’s songs/poems and questioned why he stopped writing. Being the nag Michael accuses me of being, I talked him into writing again and much to his surprise others love his writings as much as I do.

Many have asked him to publish his work so the stories and poems could be bought and collected. I find myself pleasantly busy creating the eBooks for all of his wonderful works. We are working to get many of his books converted over to audio books as we have had many request for this.

Michael has a great love for animals as well as a strong connection with nature.

If you have not had the pleasure of reading Michael’s work then please take a few minutes to treat yourself to a wonderful, fascinating adventure, one after another. Make sure you read his poetry as well, his words will touch your heart unlike any other poem ever has.

Even as I am writing this article, Michael is working on another adventure to captivate his readers. No matter the hour of the day or night I can hear his fingers fast a work as he types on the keyboard. Michael’s gift for storytelling comes easy but is very time consuming for him as Michael is his own worse critic.

He enjoys hear from his readers through comments left on Triond, StumbleUpon and his many blog sites. I am inclosing direct links so you the reader can visit Michael’s site to read all of his wonderful creations. I will include his store front for those who wish to purchase any or all of his wonderful writings. I know you, like so many before you will not be disappointed at the wonders you find throughout his writings. I hope you enjoy them as much as I have.
