Breaking Point

Paul’s parents are divorced and he has to go to a new school and make new friends. He wants to be admired, so he tries to become friends with the richest students.  Paul thinks that he is popular, but his “friends” only use him for their own benefit. I learned to never give into peer pressure. In Paul’s attempt to become popular, he became involved in vandalism and crime. Paul is a new student in Gate-Brickell Christian High School. He wants to be well liked, so he becomes friendly with Charlie Good, one of the school’s  more popular kids. Charlie’s crowd is involved in drinking, vandalism, and crime. They smash mailboxes, get drunk a parties, and steal from people. Paul wants to fit in, so he goes along with everything that Charlie does. When Charlie decides to plant a bomb to get revenge on one of his teachers, Paul is with him.  When the bomb is discovered, Paul is found guilty of  the crime.  Charlie goes on to become successful, and Paul goes to jail.
