E-book vs. Paper Book

The pros and cons of a E book. In these modern times, We are moving toward a much more modern world. How technology is effecting our culture, our society and how it will effect us in the near future.

“A book is a set or collection of written, printed, illustrated, or blank sheets, made of paper, parchment, or other material, usually fastened together to hinge at one side. A single sheet within a book is called a leaf, and each side of a leaf is called a page.” From Wikipedia

There are different types of books. There are many categories. You can read about anything you want. but that isn’t what I am going to talk about today. I would like to get straight to the point.

     E-book (Pros)

  • Convenient
  • Stored on your computer available at anytime
  • You can’t lose it
  • No weight
  • Environmentally Friendly
  • Easy to download

     E-book (Cons)

  • Eye strain
  • Its a pain spending long time on the Computer
  • Not healthy
  • Computer might crash
  • Lap top – Battery Problem
  • Software Problem

Why I like using paper books, You might call me old fashioned or “Low tech” but I like those “Old” paper books because they don’t cause that much eye strain. I cant really enjoy a book unless it is a paperbook. In a paperbook, there aren’t that many interferences. For example the computer I use is a family computer. It is shared so I am almost always interfered. I also like reading in a quite place so that I don’t get distracted. Usually, When I am reading an E-Book, I will start chatting on messenger. I guess I am old fashioned maybe in the future humans might be forced to modernize and it wouldn’t be our choice to choose between E-Book or a Paper book. Why am I saying that we might not have a choice is because it takes paper to make a book and a paper book isn’t as eco friendly compared to an E Book.

I enjoy criticism but you forgot to point me to my mistake and which made your accusation false or based on nothing.

“LEARN TO SPELL.” Is not a sentence so therefore you don’t need the period.
