My uncle was an avid reader and I will always remain grateful to him for giving me all the good books to read.

Teaching Botany in college was my uncles profession. I did not know then. he would come in late and my elder sister and I would wait for him wide awake pretending to be asleep.he would tell us stories of Count Dracula.

Terror so early in life  but not really the real one.  

As I grew up in my teens so did the reading interest which became a craze by the time I was in class 8th. I was familiar with most of the classics. Three Musketeers was the best at the time.

Two years later came Erle Stanley Gardner and his case studies.Wonderful murder case stories so thrilling and so gripping specially in the last chapters . Court discourse was deeply interesting.

I believe all families should have such relatives as my great uncle who opened the world for me.
