George Orwell Quote Analysis

This is an analysis of a quote on brainwashing and power from George Orwell’s 1984.

The eyeless creature with the quacking voice would never be vaporized (George Orwell, 1984).”

This “being”, which is so pitiable that it merits not even to be called a human, is so brainwashed that they appear to be almost blind so to speak. It is as if they are gazing at a brick wall, and cannot see through the party’s lies. They are so loyal that the things coming out of their mouth are so outrageous and so implausible, that they are hardly words so to speak. It is hard to conceive that someone could be so blind, as to believe something so conjured, such as the principals of the party. Someone so sightless and brainwashed is guarantied to never parish; for they are of no threat whatsoever to the party.
