How Often Do You Give The Best Gift?

God gives us so much every day, how much do we give back of ourselves to Him. You don’t know how to give to someone who has everything. Here is a few suggestions:
How often do you give the greatest gift to your children, husbands, wives or parents? No it is not the latest cell phone or computer game or style of clothes this year. It is your time spent with them. How often do you share time doing things together like a picnic or playing games? How often do you sit down and talk about how their day went or problems at school or work (listen more than speak).
How often do you give of yourself to your community? How often do you visit seniors in retirement homes or be a reading buddy in school to a child who needs help?
I will share a little secret with you; when you give of yourself in this manner you will find your life much more rewarding and a lot more happier.
Prayer: Please our loving Jehovah Jireh (God our provider) please provide me with the opportunity to give of myself to others. Guide me to service in a manner in which You know I am best suited. In the name of the one who gave His everything for me, Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
