My Top 10 Stephen King Books

Stephen King Books you should try.

Since college I started getting fascinated with the books of Stephen King. I love horror, suspense and out-of-this-world fiction movies as well as books. This craving to be thrilled and to get Goosebumps is what I earn from reading the novels of Stephen King. The very first Stephen King book I’ve read was Skeleton Crew. It is composed of a collection of stories compiled. Since then, whenever I visit a bookstore, my eyes would voluntarily search for the floating name of Stephen King. Some of my friends say his books are not an easy read. Well, probably yes. I am not an easy person anyway. So much for that… Just kidding…

In case you haven’t met the works of Stephen King yet and you want to experience a hair-raising journey in your reading, here is my suggested list of books you should try:

1.      The Dark Tower Series

2.      Dreamcatcher
      3.      Bag of Bones

4.      Insomnia

5.      Gerald’s Game

6.      Needful Things

7.      The Tommyknockers
8.      It

9.      Salem’s Lot

10.  The Green Mile

I hope you find this list fascinating…

I love Stephen King, I can’t decide which book I like best but I think it’s one you haven’t listed. It’s a bout the boys playing in the swamp and the clown.I can’t remember the name. Next to that I like Needful things. I have “the Dome” waiting for me to read. It’s so huge I haven’t started it yer.

I actually don’t like Stephen King’s style of writing. Don’t get me wrong; he may be a successful writer, but he’s just not in my list of preferences. I much prefer John Saul and John Grisham over King.

    I did like Carrie, though.

    Thanks for sharing.

IT, Salem’s Lot, the Shining, Pet Semetary, Christine, the Dark Half, Bag of Bones, Dreamcatcher, Duma Key, Under the Dome, Skeleton Crew, Nightshift…oh the list goes and on. How many authors are there out there that have managed to pump out so many classics on their own?
