Chapter 1
   
    Cal is searching for this girl named Sarah. He finds her in the abandoned ferry terminal. There he drugs her and calls for her to be taken away. Sarah use to be a friend of Cal a long time ago, but now she is a peep, or vampire.

Chapter 2

Trematodes
They are bug that lay there eggs inside of a bird then when the bird goes to the bathroom in a pond the eggs hatch and move to a snail.

Chapter 3

Cal talks to the Shrink about how he first got the disease peeps.
The Shrink shows Cal the bar where he first got the disease from Morgan

Chapter 4

Toxoplasma

Chapter 5

Cal goes to the bar where he got drunk and ended up with peep
He traces his steps back to this apartment
He sneaks in with some other drunk teenagers
They let him into there room where they show him a strange writing on the wall. The wall said “So pretty I had to eat him”

Chapter 6

Cal meets Lace for lunch and them they go over to her apartment to investigate
The break into Morgan’s old room and look around
The new owner of the apartment comes home from work and almost catches Cal and Lace
Cal finds out Morgan’s last Name, Morgan Ryder.

Cal talks about lice
Chapter 8
Lice Age
He talks about how lice can determine the time of something that happened historically

Chapter 9

Underworld
Cal inspects the basement of the apartment of Morgan.
Cal finds another floor beyond the basement of the apartments
The second underground room is filled with rats and a few cats
Cal meets up with lace in the second basement

Chapter 10

He talks more about different parasites

Chapter 11

Lace goes over to Cal’s house so she stays safe and she sleeps over.

Chapter 12

Talks about wolbachia

Chapter 13

Cal goes down to capture the rat.
He goes into the tunnel under the drain in the pool in the basement of Lacy’s building
He finds Joseph Moore and he attacks him in the tunnel and captures him..
Joseph was down there getting food (pigeons) for the rest of the cats and rats underground

Chapter 14

He talk about an infection

Cal finds 2 more peeps in the tunnel under the apartment and he also captures the cat for Dr. rat

Chapter 16

Another parasite

Cal comes home to eats some bacon
Lacy and him go out to eat
Cal goes to Morgan’s house
He finds Morgan and another peep trying to infect 2 other men
He manages to escape from them
Lacy finds out that Cal is a carrier and moves out back to her sister house

Cal talks more about parasites
Chapter 19

Cal finds Morgan at his door
He find out that night watch had been betraying him
She finds himself with Sara at the dinner instead of lacy

More parasite stuff

Lacey is infected with the parasite Cal has but it seems that there is some sort of cure on something that can keep it under control. So Cal is giving that to lacy but they  have to get out of New York, they have to get out of there.

They attack a huge worm monster in the subway tunnels.
Lacey and Cal fall in love

We are parasites
If we got rid of them it would be bad
Cal explains all of this

Chapter 25

Lacy and Cal decide to join Morgan’s army and stay to fight the attack of the worms.
Morgan also tells Cal how infecting him was an accident
They all stay and fight

Plot:

    Basically Cal is searching for people that may have caught the disease “Peeps” from him. He finds a friends who helps him search for the infected people. Cal works for the government but it is a secret part of the government. The group of the government he works for is called the Night Watch.

    The Book takes place in New York. This is where Cal was first infected. It all happened at a bar.

    There are a few characters in this book. The most important would be Cal. He is the one that caught the virus from a girl named Morgan. He is now set out to find all others that may have caught the virus. He catches all or most of them and he finds another girl named Lacey who eventually gets infected in the end.

    In the end Cal finds Morgan and Night Watch was able to come up with a sort of cure that would keep Morgan from going crazy again. Sadly in the end Lacey, Cal’s new friend, gets infected with the disease. Cal was able to get some of the cure from Night Watch but then Lacey and him have to get out of New York. After all that they decide not to get out of town and stay back with Morgan because there is supposedly an army of the disease coming through that has to be stopped and Morgan, Cal, Lacey, and any other peeps have to stay to fight it back.
