Juvenile Delinquents Turn Heroes

Children become heroes after saving some toddlers from a burning church.

Three brave young children Ponyboy Curtis, Dallas Winston and Johnny Cade are recovering in the hospital after their heroic fire rescue in Windrixville yesterday. They saved many children from an abandoned church that was set on fire. Police are still investigating what caused the fire.

It is said that the children were having an excursion with their teacher when some children decided to go play. The teacher let them play but they were told not to play in the abandoned church. It was said they were last seen walking up the hill to the abandoned church.
It is said that these boys are part of a gang called the Greasers and that they killed a boy called Bob in self defence. So Johnny and Ponyboy asked for help and then took the nearest train to Windrixville. The hid out in the abandoned church until Dally came to pick them up. Then they went to the Ice-cream place had a meal and when they left they saw the church on fire so they went to investigate.

Learning there was children in the church Ponyboy and Johnny ran into the church without thinking. They broke open a door and went inside the blazing church. They probably were sweating like crazy, panicking and dreamt they were sleeping in their comfortable beds. These brave children got the toddlers and threw them onto the window as lightly as possible while the roof was going to collapse. Unfortunate the roof collapsed on Johnny and Ponyboy luckily escaped. Then Dally went in to save him. These children are very brave.

After the fire they were sent to hospital in an ambulance. Johnny suffered major bones and broke his back. He can no longer walk he survives. Dally had burns on his arms and Ponyboy only got a few bruises and small burns.

These children probably have faced a lot in the past and present. We need to respect them and look up to them. They are inspirational people that we see everyday, only rarely. We need to recognise them for their achievements. They are unique children and one of a kind.
