Main Events

Rusty comes to Thunderclan. A house cat namedRusty left his home and ventured into the woods and was attacked by a cat belonging to Thunderclan. They got into a fight. The wild cat had some friends with him and they talked to Rusty.

Eventually they invited Rusty into Thunderclan and Rusty had until 12 pm the next day to decide whether or not he wanted to join. He decides to join Thunderclan!

Redtail dies. When Rusty gets to the Thunderclan camp he discovers that nobody likes him except Greypaw. Rusty gets in a fight with a cat named Longtail who insults him. After the fight Ravenpaw runs in and announces that Redtail (the deputy of Thunderclan) is dead. Ravenpaw tells the story of the fight with Riverclan to the whole clan. Everyone pays their respects to Redtail and Bluestar sits with Redtail for the rest of the night.

Apprentice. Rusty has his name changed to Firepaw and is in training with Greypaw to become a warrior. After many moons of training they are taken to a gathering where they see other apprentices and warriors. Soon after the gathering Firepaw breaks the warrior code by feeding an enemy cat. He is then punished and has to take care of the loner.

Windclan. After his punishment Firepaw and Greypaw are given a mission: to bring back Windclan. Firepaw and Greypaw set out at once.

First they go to Windclan camp and follow their scent out to a far away place were they find Windclan suffering from disease and hunger.

The journey. After awhile Firepaw and Greypaw convince Windclan to come back. On the way home Windclan’s medicine cat gets a sign from Starclan that an unnecessary death will occur that same day. When Windclan gets back they offer to escort Firepaw and Greypaw home. Firepaw and Greypaw gladly accept but on the way home they are attacked by Riverclan patrols. Luckily a group of Thunderclan warriors comes and helps fight off the Riverclan patrol.

Attack. When Firepaw and Greypaw get home they discover that Thunderclan is under attack by Shadowclan. They gradually win but many are wounded. Spottedleaf treats everyone’s wounds and soon everyone is OK.

Missing kits. Soon after the attack someone steals the kits and kills Spottedleaf. Yellowfang goes missing and everyone blames her for what happened.

Firepaw is then given a mission to find Yellowfang and bring her back. Firepaw gets his friends and they follow Yellowfang’s scent to the border between Thunderclan and Shadowclan.

They follow the trail into Shadowclan territory and find Yellowfang hiding in a tree and she explains everything. Just as they finish talking, Whitestorm and some other warriors arrive.

Rescue. Yellowfang tells them that not all cats support Brokenstar (leader of Shadowclan) and that almost all the cats are starving. They get some other cats and plan an attack on Brokenstar and his supporters. They carry out the plan and find the missing kits and bring them home.

Warrior. When they get home everyone learns that Yellowfang didn’t kill Spottedleaf or take the kits. Firepaw and Greypaw are given their warrior names and Yellowfang is welcomed into the clan.
