Analysis of the Book Named Stranger Than Science

These stories have been covered up by scientists and the government because they don’t want to make the population scared and the scientists are a bit embarrassed that they have no explanation.

For my independent reading book I read the book Stranger than Science. It is a very good book with stories you would never believe. They actually have proof of them and they give you proof that you can believe. The reason that no one would believe the stories is because everyone knows they are myths…from that they’ve been taught…. These stories have been covered up by scientists and the government because they don’t want to make the population scared and the scientists are a bit embarrassed that they have no explanation. The stories are very entertaining and suspenseful. Some of them actually scare you and make you shiver. You actually want to find out more about them and leave you amazed at the things people don’t want you to know. A good quote from the book is “I don’t know why my car got hit with an ice cube the size of it; it just fell from the sky!” This quote was taken from an amazed person whose car was hit with a huge piece of ice on a clear sunny day. This quote is ideal for showing how things can fall out of the sky on a sunny day, along with many other random things no one can explain. There have been multiple accounts of things falling from the sky on sunny days from frogs to cars and no one can explain why. This quote basically covers most of the random things out of nature, other than the people being eaten alive by invisible wolves and such; but that covers most natural things. I rate this book a nine out of ten because of its different stories. The stories are true and they are suspenseful and can make you shiver under your bed sheets sometimes. This is why I would recommend this book to others because of its thrilling suspense and surprising stories.
