I love reading poems written by Edger Allen Poe.  Poe is certainly one of my favorite poets.  Like most people who read Poe’s work, my favorite has to be The Raven.

There were a few poems that did seem a little too long, which I sort of lost interest in them.  I haven’t ran across a poet yet that has written poems as long as Poe’s.

There is a play at the end of the work.  I hate to say this, but it bored me to death.  I had to force myself to finish reading it, of course I have never been a big fan of plays.

I would diffently recommend this poet for any new, or old poet.  I think poets can learn from this Poe and the poems in this book.
