Friday the 13th: Mightier Than the Sword
This episode of the Friday the 13th series takes “the pen is mightier than the sword” to a whole new level.
In the Episode, a crime biographer has a knack for making the reader feel like they were “right there” when the crime he writes about occurred. His books are scary accurate, I do not want to give away the episode, but the investigation done by Jack Marshack and the two cousins from “Curious goods” makes a frightening discovery.
The crime biographer “Alex Dent” is actually a man by the name of Billy Fraizier. He bought a pen from the previous owner of Curious goods, and the pen was the reason for his scary accuracy in the crime biographies he wrote.
According to the storyline, the books were written BEFORE the crimes occurred using the pen. The pen’s curse was making things happen, whatever Billy wrote manifested into reality.
For those of you unfamiliar with Friday the 13th series, here is a synopsis of its basic storyline. Micki Foster and Ryan Dallion, who are cousins inherit an antique shop from their uncle Louis. There is however something VERY unusual and frightening about their uncle’s antiques, they are each cursed.
Each week’s episodes are about the cousin’s trying to recover a different antique, they are trying to keep unsuspecting people from getting their hands on them.
