Joel Rosenberg: Spotlight on a Great Author

Joel Rosenberg is one of my favorite authors. He is known in American political circles as the “most influential person you have never heard of.” I hope I can play a small part in changing that last bit. Rush Limbaugh says of him “Rosenberg has become one of the most entertaining and thought –provoking novelists of our day. Regardless of your political views, you’ve got to read his stuff”.

Just War Theory: 9/11 and Afghanistan

In the third chapter of The Morality of War, Brian Orend argues that the 9/11 attacks against the United States are intolerable by Just War theory. He also makes the case that the United States’ invasion of Afghanistan is justifiable as war of self-defence. These two conclusions are mutually inconsistent.
